All rates have been discounted 3% for the benefit of those who wish to pay the balance in
cash, travelers checks or money order. Visa and Master card are welcome at full the rate.

• Additional guests - adults $10 per day Children $5 per day

• Early reservations ensure requested accommodations.
• A deposit of 2 days rental is required (will be applied toward last two days of stay).
• Reservations are held until 6pm, unless we are notified!
• Reserve 30 days in advance for weekly rates.
• Reservations will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received within 6 days.

• All cancellations prior to 4 weeks are subject to 25% service charge. NO refunds due to weather or early check-out.
• Deposits are not transferable.
• All cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit.
