THERE IS A $300.00 MINIMUM DEPOSIT FOR ANY RESERVATION
RATES
- For double occupancy (or 2 adults & two children under twelve)
- Balacne due apon arrival: in cash traveler's checks or money orders (personal checks accepted ONLY FOR DEPOSIT)
- Subject to change - unless reservation is confirmed
- Additional guests - adults $10 per day Children $5 per day
- Sorry no pets allowed
CANCELLATIONS
- All cancellations prior to 4 weeks are subject to 25% service charge. NO refunds due to weather or early check-out.
- Deposits are not transferable.
- All cancellations within 30 days of arrival will result in loss of deposit.
RESERVATION POLICY
- Early reservations ensure requested accommodations.
- A deposit of 2 days rental is required (will be applied toward last two days of stay).
- Reservations are held until 6pm, unless we are notified!
- Reserve 30 days in advance for weekly rates.
- Reservations will be automatically cancelled if the deposit is not received within 6 days.
- No refunds due to weather or early check-outs.
CHENK IN & CHECK OUT
- Guest check in starts at 3PM
- Guest check out at 11am (to avoid charge for additional day)
